This one is near and dear to my heart. Jeni, seen over there by her dad in the first image, was one of my gymnasts when I coached for 5 years. Our team becomes like family.. just ask anyone that's been apart of WHS gymnastics. I was so, so saddened when I got a call from Jeni last week concerning her mom. Nancy has just been diagnosed with cancer and has a ton of unknown right now. She's endured lots of tests this
week and I'm sure treatments will become apart of her schedule real soon. I was so honored that Jen had the idea of capturing their family before Nancy goes through treatments.
I have said it before and will continue to do so... but this whole "picture taking" thing is so much more than people in fancy clothes, achieving the perfect look and pretty prints to hang up in your home. Meeting up with the Dunithan's family last Saturday reminded me that capturing the love that people have for one another is most important about this picture taking gig. Sure is.
And please join me in praying for the Dunithan's and the unknown. Pray for complete healing.. for God to take away the cancer in Nancy even before all her tests this week! I know He can do it. Thank you!
